# Benefits & Utility of Holders ## Staking Our holders will receive $GOAT tokens as staking rewards. Additionally, holders who stake their NFTs for over 60 days will be eligible for the Suigoats Buyback NFT Airdrop Program." ## DAO We will become a DAO in Phase 4, where our holders will play a key role. Even a single holder will be able to propose their ideas, and if they receive 10% of the votes, their idea will be discussed in the DAO meeting ## DAO Floor The DAO floor price for NFTs will be determined by DAO members and will be set between -40% to -50% from the market floor price. It cannot be set higher than -50%. The DAO floor price will be available for a month, and if the market floor reaches the DAO floor, the team will initiate a buyback. The team will be able to buy back 10% of the NFTs. If the buyback limit of 10% is reached, a new DAO floor price will be set." ## Buy-back NFT Airdrop If the market floor reaches the DAO floor, the team will start a buyback and buy back a maximum of 10% of the NFTs.
